Ingredients:
- 1 pack (25g) unflavored yellow gelatin
- 1 big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
- 1 big can (300ml) Condensed Milk
- 1 big can (425g) Cream of Corn
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- Grated cheddar cheese
Procedure:
1. In a pan or pot dissolve gelatin in water. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and cream corn. Mix until sugar is dissolved.2. Turn on the stove and cook over medium heat. Continue stirring while waiting for it to boil. Once it boils turn off the heat.
3. Pour mixture into a mold. Let it cool to set. Carefully unmold gelatin into a serving dish. Then refrigerate it for 2 hours before serving or you can eat it right away. Top with grated cheese.
