Ingredients:
- 3 cups cornstarch
- 370ml evaporated milk
- 250ml all purpose cream
- 3 cups white sugar
- 425g whole kernel sweet corn, drain liquid
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine, softened
- 1 cup powdered milk bear brand (optional)
- 9 cups water
- grated cheese
Procedure:
1. Dilute cornstarch with 2 cups of water. Set aside.
2. Combine remaining water, whole kernel sweet corn, powdered milk and butter.
3) Bring mixture to a boil
4. Add evaporated milk, all purpose cream and sugar.
5. Bring mixture to a boil again.
6. Turn heat to low. Gradually add the dissolved cornstarch while stirring.
7. Top with grated cheese. Cool completely.
